- 日本在住の海外からの留学生でコンテストの規約に同意できる方。
Applicant must be an International student who has agreed to the term of our contest.

- 2020年6月中旬にホームページに発表し、入賞者にはInstagram ダイレクトでご連絡します。
Winners will be presented on the website and contacted directly via Instagram in mid-June 2020.

公益財団法人早稲田奉仕園がInstagramを活用して実施する「留学生インスタ写真展」に応募する方は、以下を読んでいただき、同意の上応募してください
本コンテストにハッシュタグ＃photohoshien2020を付けて応募された場合は、応募規約に同意したものとみなします。
Ones who apply for “International Student Instagram Photo Contest” conducted by Waseda Hoshien, please read the following and apply upon consensually.
We assume that photo sent with a hashtag # photohoshien2020 attached was on agreement to the following.
応募について About application

- 留学期間内、かつ１年以内に日本で撮影した写真に限ります。
Photo which was taken by International student in Japan during this stay (school year) and within one year.
- １人3点まで応募できます。
Up to 3 photos per student
- 人物が写真に写っている場合、被写体である人物に写真展示の了承を得てください。プライバシーの侵害にあたるとみなした作品は無効になります。
Please get permission from the model if it is a person , Photos submitted under restricted privacy settings will be invalid.
- 早稲田奉仕園留学生インスタ写真展で受賞歴のない人に限ります。
The applicant who already won prize of past International Photo Contest by Waseda Hoshien cannot apply this time.
- 受賞者は必ず賞品を使用した写真をインスタグラムに投稿してください。
Winners must post your photo on Instagram to report how to use the prize.
入選連絡について Announcement of results
- 応募期間終了後に入賞者に Instagramダイレクト（Instagram投稿機能）でご連絡しますので、早稲田奉仕園の公式アカウントを必ずフォローしてください。
We will contact winners regarding announcement of results by function of Instagram. So please make sure you will follow Hoshien’s official account @wasedahoshien.
- 複数枚の応募ができますが、同一人物が複数の賞を授与されることはありません。
Up to 3 entries are allowed but multiple prizes will not be awarded to the same person.
- 入賞連絡後、指定の期限までに氏名、Eメールアドレス、住所、大学または学校名、国籍、撮影場所、コメント、そして賞品の発送先など必要事項をご連絡ください。連絡が7日以内にない場合は当選を無効とさせていただきますので、ご注意ください。
Please reply with your name e-mail, address, name of university or school, nationality, shooting place, comment for the photo, and the details of the preferable shipping address to our office within a week. Please note that the prize will be invalid if we are not able to contact you during this period.
- 入賞者の写真はウェブサイトにて使用されますのでご了承ください。
A winner required to agree with our terms and conditions and to be used the winning photos on our website for free.
- 賞品の発送は日本国内に限らせていただきます。
Prize of dispatch will be taken only in Japan.
投稿にあたって Submission
- 以下に述べたいずれかの行為を行った場合は、アップロードされた写真やデータはサイトから削除します。この場合写真が掲載されない理由を開示しません。
If applicants partake in any of the activities mentioned below, the uploaded photos and any data may be removed from the site.We will not disclose the reason why photos are not posted on the site.

The action that disturbs operating of the contest
- わいせつ、不道徳な内容の写真の投稿
The post containing lewd or immoral content.
- 営利を目的にしたセールスや広告、勧誘とみられる行為
The action that offers the sales information, advertising or solicitations for profit.
- 他人の社会的信用を毀損する投稿
The post disturbing the operating of the site of the contest or causing a loss of trust.
- 他人の著作権や商標を侵害する投稿
The post that may interfere with the copyright or trademark of a specific character or a celebrity.
- 他人の肖像権やプライバシーの侵害、または中傷する内容の投稿
The post that infringes upon someone’s privacy or contrary to the right of portrait or slander of the individual, company or group.
- 法律に違反する行為
The action that violates the law.
- 公序良俗、一般常識に反する行為
Acts contrary to public order and morals, general common sense.
- Instagramユーザーポリシーに反する行為
The action that violates the user policy of Instagram.
- その他上記に準じる行為
Acts similar to the above.

- 個人情報は賞品の発送のために利用します。なお、その他個人情報の収集、利用、管理等の取扱いについてはプライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。
- Personal information will be used for shipping of prizes. It should be noted that the collection of other personal information, utilizing, for the handling of the management and the like, please visit privacy policy.

- 本コンテストはInstagramが関与するものではありません。
This exhibition is not intended to Instagram sponsorship, support, or run, recognition of that they are not involved at all in Instagram.
- 入稿された作品は主催や協賛団体の広報紙やホームページやFB等SNSに使わせていただく場合があります。
Your photos can be published on the association’s PR documents (Website, Newsletters).
- 応募者はコンテストに参加するにあたり、インターネット接続にかかる費用を負担します。
The applicant bears responsibility for any cost which connecting the internet and communication expenses to participate this contest.
- コンテストに参加、または入選したことによって起因する、いかなる損失や負債、損害、費用その他トラブル一切の責任を負いません。
We can’t accept any responsibility for any trouble such as loss, debt, damage, expenses and any other statement caused by taking part in this contest and/or receiving a prize as a result.
- 応募条件や賞品が変わることがあります。
There are some cases that would be necessity of changing the terms of apply or content of prize.
